PERSONAL TRAINING

Join Eric for your one on one personal training session. Eric will help you reach your goals - whether it is weight loss and/or building muscle. Eric can help you reach your full potential! Both half hour and 1 hour sessions are available.


VIRTUAL TRAINING

As a NASM certified personal trainer, Eric takes health and wellness seriously. Eric will help you lose weight and gain muscle and along the way, have some fun. Eric will help you analyze your lifestyle and career to help you become fit and healthy. Together you and Eric will work to take charge of your health! Need the flexibility of working out on your own, wherever you are? Let Eric help you by joining our new virtual training program!

$125 per month -- PPT will write you 3 workouts each week & provides one 15-minute video call per month, in addition to email and text communications

$150 per month -- PPT will write you 3 workouts each week, as well as provide nutrition advice, two 15-minute video calls per month, and email and text communications


STRETCH THERAPY

Join Eric, a certified stretch therapist, for your half hour or 1 hour stretch therapy session.

Stretching can improve your total body health and wellness in areas such as:
Mobility, Flexibility, Relieve Stiffness, Proactive Injury Prevention, Faster Recovery, Acute & Chronic Pain, & Increase Blood Circulation 

Packages from $50 per session.


CUPPING & FLOSSING

Cupping is decompression of the skin and muscle tissue to help the muscles and fascia release tensions to help you move and feel better.
The Benefits of Cupping are:
Increases circulation, releases toxins in the tissues, & reduces anxiety.

Flossing is compression of the skin and muscle to allow the muscles and fascia to relax and move more freely.
The benefits of Flossing are:
Increase mobility, accelerates recovery, & decreases pain

With cupping and flossing combined, Eric can help your muscle tissue and fascia loosen up and recover faster from workouts or just help relieve your daily aches and pains.
